Embassy launches 85-acre Bengaluru township, targets Rs 4,500 cr revenue
Embassy Developments plans to build 217 villas and 855 apartments across two RERA-approved projects in North Bengaluru.

Real estate developer Embassy Developments is set to develop two residential projects in Bengaluru, aggregating to about Rs 4,500 crore estimated revenue as it gears up to expand operations.
Embassy Developments told stock exchanges in a filing on Tuesday that it has started an 85-acre residential township project called Embassy Origins located in North Bengaluru, PTI reported.
Embassy Riverine and Embassy South Reserve, two residential projects approved by RERA, make up Phase I of the development.
The two projects being developed in the township are estimated to fetch revenue of Rs 4,500 crore.
In these two projects, Embassy Developments will build 217 villas and 855 apartments. Together, the two projects offer more than 2.6 million sq ft of saleable residential space.
Aditya Virwani, Managing Director, Embassy Developments Ltd, said the housing demand continues to be strong in the Bengaluru market.
Embassy Developments has a presence in Bengaluru, Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR), Delhi-NCR, Chennai and Indore.
